Reuzel Hair Tonic
Back in the days of grease pomade, men didn't wash their hair very often. Hair Tonic was created as a cleansing treatment for the scalp, helping to keep the hair fresh and clean looking for days at a time. Tonic can be used to solve grease-based bed head, or refresh your hairstyle before a night out.
- Invigorates the scalp & refreshes your hairstyle.
- For use with grease-based products such as Reuzel Green & Reuzel Pink.
- Apply liberally and massage through the hair, paying extra attention to the scalp.
- Use daily or as needed. Additional product can be layered after an application of tonic.
About Reuzel - Reuzel was formulated in Rotterdam by the "Scumbag Barbers" Leen and Bertus nearly 25 years ago after they opened their Schorem barbershop and began a search for a worthy product to use. Unsatisfied with what was available, the formed their own brand to suit the needs of their barbershop and clientele. To this day the continue innovating with new products.
Meaning “lard” in Dutch, Reuzel pays homage to its historical predecessors; as pomades were previously formulated with animal fats, and fragranced with apples, and named Pomade after the french “pomme”, meaning apple.
